1. What You Should Know from the Start
BritoCRM is a tool to manage your clients and marketing campaigns. We do not control or own the data you upload (e.g., contact lists); we only process it according to your instructions to provide the Service. You are the owner and legal responsible party for that data, including obtaining permissions to use it. We do not assume responsibility for what you do with the Services or the results for your business.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide Us
Account: Name, email, phone, billing details to create and manage your account.
Service Usage: Data you upload, such as names, emails, and phone numbers of your clients or prospects, and campaign or message content. This is controlled by your actions on the platform.
2.2 Automatic Data
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent to operate and improve the Service.
Cookies: Identifiers for authentication and analytics (see Section 8).
2.3 Third-Party Data
Providers we use (e.g., payment processors, hosting) may send us technical or transactional data.

3.1 Purposes
Make the Services work: manage your account, send campaigns, process the data you upload.

CCPA (USA): Know what we collect, delete data, do not sell (does not apply). Timeframe: 45 days.
LFPDPPP (Mexico): ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition). Timeframe: 20 business days.
Law 1581 (Colombia): Know, update, delete, revoke. Timeframe: 10-15 business days.

6.2 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Obtaining legal permissions for the data you upload (e.g., consents from your clients).
Ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
We do not review or validate your data; we only process it according to your instructions.
7. Data Retention

We delete data 60 days after cancellation, unless required by law. You can export your data before cancellation; we do not store it for you afterward.

12. Changes
We notify material changes by email or the Site 30 days in advance. If you continue using the Services, you accept the changes.
13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
No Warranties: The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee business results or absolute security.
Customer Liability: You are responsible for the data you upload and its legal use. BritoCRM assumes no responsibility for:
Losses, damages, or claims arising from misuse, data without permission, or legal violations.
Technical failures beyond our control (e.g., your Internet or device).
Indemnification: You will defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Policy.
Limit: Our liability will not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months, and does not cover indirect damages (loss of profits, etc.).
14. Regulatory Compliance
We comply with:
USA: CCPA and other state/federal laws.
Mexico: LFPDPPP.
Colombia: Law 1581 and Decree 1377.
Other: Applicable regulations in your region.
You must comply with local laws when using the Services.
